The weird and wonderful laws of Calum's Cactus

As a country, there are 20 laws that must be followed. They were chosen from a list of the world's weirdest laws and are therefore already in use elsewhere:

1. It is forbidden to call a pig Napoleon
2. It is illegal for a driver to be blindfolded while driving a vehicle
3. It is against the law to get a fish drunk
4. A pregnant woman can legally relieve herself anywhere she wants – even, in a policeman’s helmet
5. The penalty for masturbation is decapitation
6. Unmarried women who parachute on Sundays can be jailed
7. It is illegal to carry a concealed weapon more than six-feet long
8. Women must obtain written permission from their husbands to wear false teeth
9. It is illegal to flag down a taxi if you have the plague
10. A male doctor may legally examine a woman’s genitals but is forbidden from looking directly at them during the examination; he may only see their reflection in a mirror
11. The penalty for jumping off a building is death
12. Coins are not allowed to be placed in one’s ears
13. It is against the law to throw a ball at someone’s head for fun
14. You may not take a picture of a rabbit from January to April without an official permit
15. It is illegal to milk another person’s cow
16. It is legal for a robber to file a law suit, if he or she got hurt in your house
17. If an elephant is left tied to a parking meter, the parking fee has to be paid just as it would for a vehicle
18. It is illegal to sing in a public place while attired in a swimsuit
19. It is illegal to wear a fake moustache that causes laughter in church
20. It is illegal to use a lasso to catch a fish

Unless stated, the penalty for commiting any of these crimes is a lifetime ban of eating jelly babies!!
